Before you move in, each apartment undergoes professional painting, thorough cleaning, and have its carpet or flooring either replaced or professionally cleaned. A final walk-through is conducted by the service manager, followed by an additional inspection with the management team to ensure that your new home is meticulously prepared for your arrival.

Yes. Our dedicated on-site maintenance team is committed to ensuring your living experience is comfortable and worry-free. From handling repairs promptly to maintaining the community's facilities, our skilled professionals are here to address your needs and keep our community running smoothly.

To request a repair for an item in your apartment, simply submit a service request through your resident portal on RentCafe, or feel free to contact the leasing office directly. Our team is here to promptly address your maintenance needs and ensure your comfort and satisfaction in your home.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours, we recommend contacting the leasing office for assistance. In the event of an after-hours lockout, please get in touch with a locksmith to regain access to your apartment. Your comfort and security are our top priorities, and we are here to help resolve any lockout situations promptly and efficiently.

From Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, from 12 p.m . to 8 p.m., on Tuesday through Sunday (except when a holiday falls on a Monday), indulge in the epitome of relaxation at our stunning pool, where you can bask in the sun's warmth or take a refreshing dip in crystal-clear waters. The poolside oasis provides the perfect setting to unwind, socialize, and create lasting memories with friends and neighbors.

Yes. Our residents can rest in the shade and watch their pups frolic in the Bark Park or treat their pets to a sudsy spa experience at our Bark and Bubbles Pet Spa. We are truly a pet friendly community; many of our residents have a daily ritual of bringing their pups by the leasing office to grab a tasty treats from the Pet Bar that we know our furry residents by bark and name!


It takes roughly 24-48 hours, as long as we have the required income documentation.

You are able pay rent through the resident portal via Rent Café.  We also partner with Flex Pay, a service that enables you to split monthly rental payments into smaller installments.

All residents are required to maintain an active renter's insurance policy with $100,000 in liablity.  If you choose to not use a 3rd party company, you'll be automatically enrolled in our liability waiver program at $13.00 per month.

Prior to move in, you'll need to contact Dominion Energy to set up electricity for your lease start date.  Water/Sewer will be set up by the staff prior to move in.  You'll be provided with contact information for Comcast and Verizon prior to moving in.

*Before we post this question to the website, make sure to add a comma after the introductory dependent clause* EX: "If my situation changes, can I get out of my lease?" If you don’t want to add a comma, you can switch the position of the dependent clause: "Can I get out of my lease if my situation changes?" Answer: Yes. You'll be responsible for a 60-day written notice and paying an early termination fee equal to two month's rent.

All utilities are the resident's responsibility.


Route 15 and Route 7 are less than a mile away as well as the closest bus line, the 7 on 7.Dulles Airport is a quick 20 minute drive from the community.

Frederick Douglass Elementary School and Sycolin E.S., J Lupton Simpson Middle School, Loudoun County High School We are also within a half hour from a George Washington and George Mason University.


Starting from downtown Leesburg, head northwest on Market St SW. Continue on Market St SW and then turn left onto Plaza St NE. Follow Plaza St NE and then turn right onto Gateway Dr SE. Continue on Gateway Dr SE until you reach the Bellemeade Farms Apartments located at 775 Gateway Dr.
